Registration
A fee (in Polish Złoty, PLN; see exchange rates) of participants and accompanying persons covers:
Base: coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party (networking event)
Full: as above plus conference dinner (networking event)
In addition, the fee of participants covers conference materials.

1Refers to persons who attend school-level or academic-level educational institution, before obtaining doctoral degree; 2One participant is allowed to register only one accompanying person. Note that the online registration closes on July 31, 2015. After this date only onsite registration will be possible (fee 2200 PLN).
Cancellation
Before June 30, 2015: Full refund (minus banking and handling costs).
After June 30, 2015: No payment will be refunded.

Abstracts
A regular deadline for the online abstract submission is June 15, 2015.
Note: if you need a confirmation of your presentation acceptance earlier, submit your abstract before the early deadline (March 15) and you will receive acceptance decision by the 1st April. The early abstract submission is NOT required for the early bird registration - you can register and pay the reduced fee, and submit abstract using the regular deadline.
